I made a card:
I've used a cute little geisha girl serving tea from Whimsie Doodles. The gorgeous DP is a digi freebie from Numb Bumm. I've had this for quite a while and been wanting to use it, it's a beautiful set.
The background mat, background scene, bamboo screen and image have been layered in my photo editing program and printed onto X-Press It blending card for colouring the image. The words on the fan were created digitally before printing, and the fan was then fussy cut and popped up on dots.
I chose this theme.....don't know why on earth I did (other than I wanted to use the digi papers!) as I hate colouring black hair :(
Hope you'll come and play along with us this week.....we'd love to see what you come up with!
Copic Colours

Your coloring is wonderful as is your layout, Lynne! I am so glad that I get to work with you!
Oh Lynne, I totally love this! Very Asian and very inspiring! And you enabler you - you have turned me on to Whimsie Doodles. Their images are so adorable!
LOL Well you did a pretty darned good job on a challenge you don't know why you picked. :-) All those papers are fabulous. I can see why you wanted to use them. It's funny that you picked this challenge because I just did a geisha girl card myself, but it's for an upcoming DT assignment and I can't post it. :-( It's the first Asian card I've ever made so I thought the timing of your challenge was quite a coincidence. :-) Your card is wonderful Lynne!
Beautiful card Lynne! The paper looks fabulous and I love what you did with the fan!!!
Love and Hugs to you my DT Sistah<3
This is so pretty Lynne. You've combined all the elements beautifully. Your little Geisha girl is gorgeous & the digi paper you have used is divine. Love the colours too. Hugs :)
